Metro Manila, Philippines – Filipino-American singer Jessica Sanchez has advanced to the finals of "America's Got Talent" Season 20 after delivering a commanding semifinal performance. Now nine months pregnant, Sanchez captivated judges and audiences alike with her soulful rendition of JVKE’s ballad "Golden Hour."

The show’s official Instagram account praised her performance, stating, "She came back stronger than ever! Jessica Sanchez is moving on after a powerhouse semifinal performance!"

Joining Sanchez in the finals are other standout acts such as Steve Ray Ladson, Mama Duke, Micah Palace, Team Recycled, Chris Turner, LightWire, Sirca Marea, Jourdan Blue, and Leo High School Choir. The final performances are scheduled for September 23 (US time).

Sanchez originally appeared as a semi-finalist in the first season of AGT. During this season’s auditions, she received a golden buzzer from judge Sofia Vergara following a heartfelt performance of Benson Boone’s "Beautiful Things."

At 29 years old, Sanchez has consistently impressed throughout the competition, delivering a live quarterfinals performance of "Ordinary." Her rise to prominence began in 2012 when she finished as the runner-up on the eleventh season of "American Idol."
