Jhai Ho Embarks on New Career Chapter with All Access to Artists Management
Radio personality and event host Jhai Ho, known for his engaging interview style and charismatic presence, has marked a significant milestone by joining talent management agency All Access to Artists (AAA) after 15 years in the entertainment industry.
Reflecting on his career shift, Jhai Ho highlights that growth and the chance to explore new opportunities motivated his decision. He especially credits Jacqui Cara, AAA’s head of operations and sales, for her unwavering care and support even before formally managing him.
"Usually, it’s about growth and exploring one’s career," he explained. "But a big factor for me was Jacqui’s genuine care and love; they never neglected me."
Jhai Ho also acknowledged the challenges artists face when managing their own careers. "You need someone to guide you and help you maintain balance and direction," he noted, praising his former management team for their efforts.
Under the leadership of AAA’s CEO and president, filmmaker Michael "Mike" Tuviera, Jhai Ho anticipates dedicating more time to screen acting alongside AAA’s promising talents. However, hosting remains his expertise and passion.
He admitted experiencing physical exhaustion in 2018 after years of hosting events ranging from mall shows to media conferences and premieres. "It wasn’t a matter of losing interest; my body was simply worn out," he said. "I realized I needed to slow down and spend quality time with my family."
Even while working abroad, Jhai Ho prioritizes mental rest by taking breaks to enjoy local experiences with his team.
Offering advice to aspiring hosts and entertainers, he emphasized the value of kindness and respect toward everyone in the industry. "Good working relationships are crucial. Don’t just respect people who you want to; respect everyone you work with," he urged.
He added, "The glamorous aspect is only on the surface. When you’re in the business, it’s work. Consider yourself lucky to do what you once dreamed of, but never let success go to your head because arrogance can bring you down."
Looking ahead, Jhai Ho expressed excitement about upcoming projects under AAA’s guidance. He also revealed ventures outside entertainment and shared a personal goal: "My next dream is to finally build a house for my family and myself."
With his dedication and resilience, this next phase of his career holds promising prospects.
